Anixter Components Alpha Wire
Anixter Components has announced the addition of Alpha Wire’s popular ranges of single core equipment wire and flat ribbon cable to its 2008/2009 catalogue. The new range includes 8 different styles of equipment wire in all the popular sizes and colours, and 2 different styles of flat ribbon cable.
The diverse range available includes common industry standards like BS4808 pt 2, Tri-Rated, UL1015, UL1061 and UL1007/1569, as well as wires for more demanding applications such as low smoke emission, extreme temperatures and harsh chemical environments.
The range of DEF 61-12 pt 18 approved cables are manufactured with a thin-wall low fire hazard insulation for reduced levels of smoke and toxic fumes in the event of a fire and rated for 600V a.c or 800V d.c applications.
