Ladder extension
Legrand has extended its range of Swifts ladder to incorporate an ultra heavy duty version that is reportedly ideal for industrial applications.
Swifts Emerald Ultra ladder is designed to be used on spans of up to 6m in heavy industrial installations. All lengths are a standard 6m and are available in seven widths, ranging from 150mm to 900mm. The new ladder is hot dip galvanised after manufacture and can be installed using the company’s existing range of Emerald fittings.
Matt Crunden, marketing manager for Legrand’s cable management division, said, “Originally we developed this product as a bespoke solution for an export project, but upon further investigation it became apparent there was a strong demand for it.
“As such, Emerald Ultra was put into full production and included in our new cable management catalogue when it was published earlier this year. And even after such a short period of time it is already making its mark, with a steady flow of orders coming through from projects that were seemingly crying out for it.”
